Presentations should cover the newest trend of 3D integration, fundamentals and new processes of interconnects, and development of low-temperature bonding. To activate lively and fruitful discussion, the conference proceeding consisting of original abstracts will be distributed to all the participants at the conference registration desk and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore. Presentation materials (PowerPoint slides) will be distributed only to the participants to make the audience understand your talk more comprehensively. Only 20-30 presentations including invited papers will be selected for oral presentation (20 min) because of the limited capacity of the sessions. The other selected contributions are to be presented by short oral presentation (3 min) combined with poster presentations.

SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPTS Authors must submit electronically one-page abstract in pdf format via website. Authors must use the IEEE double-column format indicated in the MS Word Template. Authors will receive electronic notification of acceptance or rejection, and oral resentation or short presentation/poster. Submit abstract: here. Please download author's instruction.
FINAL MANUSCRIPT AND PRESENTSTION MATERIALS Authors of the accepted abstracts are requested to submit final abstract, completed copyright transfer form, and presentation materials no later than April 10th, 2017. 1.
Final Abstract Final
abstract pdf file MUST be IEEE Xplore compliant.
Please use IEEE PDF eXpress plus site to ensure your
PDF file is IEEE Xplore compliant. Abstract that are
not IEEE Xplore compliant will not be included in the
proceedings nor published. After you have finished using the IEEE PDF eXpress system to either generate a compliant file or to check
your file for compliance, MAKE SURE to return to the LTB-3D 2017 final
submission site and upload your compliant final submission. Please be
noted that PDF eXpress site is NOT a file collection
site. The proceedings including the abstracts will be distributed to
participants and submitted to IEEE Xplore. INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE IEEE PDF eXpress
plus IEEE PDF eXpress plus can generate PDF files directly compatible
with the format of IEEE Xplore from the source files
(Conversion Function) or verify that the PDF files are compatible with the IEEE
Xplore format (PDF Check Function). The
conference ID for LTB-3D 2017 is 41475XP. Steps for conversion,
using the PDF eXpress plus: 1.1
Please go to
the IEEE PDF eXpress plus site: http://www.pdf-express.org/plus. 1.2 Create an
IEEE PDF eXpress account for LTB-3D by entering the
conference ID: 41475XP 1.3 For each
conference paper, click 'Create New Title'. 1.4 Enter
identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required). 1.5 Upload
the required file for generating an IEEE Xplore-compatible
pdf. 1.6 You will
receive the IEEE PDF eXpress-generated pdf file
through your IEEE PDF express account. Your paper will get a unique ID code as
the file name. Review pdf file to ensure that it views on screen and prints as
you intended. Download the pdf file and check it carefully. If necessary,
revisions of the source file may be submitted repeatedly (10 times). It is also
possible to check the PDF file for IEEE Xplore-compatibility.
If you submitted a pdf for checking, you will receive an email stating that PDF
Passed or Failed the Check. In case you submitted a pdf file that failed the
check, please address the required issue and submit a new file for checking. 1.7 When you
have an acceptable, IEEE Xplore-compatible pdf file,
submit this final pdf file to the LTB-3D final submission site. IMPORTANT: Abstracts
submitted, but finally not presented at the workshop, will not be published in
IEEE Xplore. 2.

transfer form for the final abstract and instructions can be found at: download page. Please
complete and upload your form to the final submission site. Failure to return this form will preclude publication
and presentation of your paper. 3.
Presentation Materials Presentation

LTB-3D 2017. The copyright of the presentation materials belongs to the
